Terms of Service

Last updated: June 4, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ioJump service ("Service"), including the public site at iojump.com and the technician application at go.iojump.com (collectively, "ioJump"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ioJump provides browser-based video and chat sessions intended for remote technical support and similar uses. Sessions are initiated by a "Technician" (an account holder on go.iojump.com) and joined by an "End User" via a 6-digit support code.

2. Accounts

Technician accounts are created on go.iojump.com. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ioJump to:

  • Record, monitor, or share another person's audio, video, or screen without their informed consent;
  • Send harassing, fraudulent, or unlawful communications;
  • Distribute malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system;
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.

4. End User Consent

End Users joining a call via a support code do so voluntarily. They control camera, microphone, and screen-share permissions in their own browser. Either party may end a call at any time.

5. Service Availability

ioJump is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IOJUMP IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IOJUMP AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Contact
