What do I get as a Founding Member?

What does "approved" mean? Will I get turned away?

We want active testers, not landrush sign-ups. You apply with a quick account creation; we approve everyone who looks like a real working tech, MSP, or IT professional until we hit 100. We email you within one business day either way.

How long does the 3-year free Professional plan last?

Three full years from your approval date, including every Professional feature we ship during that period. After three years your account converts to whichever paid plan you choose, or to the free tier.

Do I need a credit card to apply?

No. The application is free, and the 3-year subscription is free. No card required at any point during the program.

What if I am not approved?

You still keep a normal beta account with unlimited computers and unlimited clients during beta — same as anyone signing up today. You just do not get the Founding Member perks.

What is expected of me as a Founding Member?

Use the product. Tell us what is great and what is not. Reply to occasional emails about new features. That is it — no public testimonial requirement, no minimum hours, no contract.
