ioJump SOS Assist (iPhone app)

My tech sent me a code. Where do I enter it?

Open ioJump SOS Assist, type the 6-character code on the home screen, and tap Join. Your camera and microphone stay off until you turn them on.

How do I share my screen with my tech?

During a call, tap Share. iOS will ask you to confirm — pick "ioJump SOS" and tap Start Broadcast. The screen share stops the moment the call ends or you tap Stop in the iOS status bar.

Can my tech see my screen or hear me without me knowing?

No. Camera and microphone start off. Screen sharing only starts when you tap Start Broadcast and confirm the iOS picker. When the call ends, everything stops.

My tech rang my phone but I missed it. What now?

Ask them to ring you again, or have them send you a code. Push calls don't queue — they ring once.

I'm not getting push notifications from my tech.

Open Settings → ioJump SOS Assist and make sure Notifications and Background App Refresh are on. The app shows a banner reminding you when these are disabled.

Do I need an account?

No. The app is for end users who get help from a support tech using ioJump. Your tech does have an account on iojump.com.

How do I create an account?

Go to go.iojump.com/create_account.php. Free during beta — no credit card.

I forgot my password.

Hit the Forgot Password link on go.iojump.com. If that doesn't work, send us a note below — we'll reset it manually.

Where do I download the Windows / Mac / Linux agent?

From inside your tech dashboard — Add a Computer. Or click Download Agent at the top of any page.
