Pricing FAQ
What counts as an endpoint?
An endpoint is a computer or server with the ioJump agent installed. That's the only thing we count. Attended support sessions (the 6-digit browser code) don't count and are unlimited on every plan, and so are technicians and client organizations.
What happens when I add endpoint #41?
For the first 30 days: nothing. Every endpoint past your included 40 is free for 30 days from the day the agent is installed, and it doesn't start billing until your next billing cycle after that, so at least 30 days free, often longer. After that it's 49 cents a month. No plan jumps, no upgrade walls, no "contact sales." Onboard a new client's whole fleet, invoice them first, then we bill you.
Is anything feature-gated?
No. Both plans, including Free, have every feature: browser support, unattended remote control, command console, asset inventory, end-of-life tracking, monitoring and alerts, network discovery, dashboards, multi-tenant. Free has usage allowances (10 endpoints, 2 concurrent remote sessions, 10 video calls a month, 1 terminal at a time); Pro removes the caps; the only variable is how many endpoints you run.
What happens if I go over 10 endpoints on Free?
Endpoints beyond your oldest 10 are marked disabled: they stay enrolled and keep reporting inventory, but you can't open remote sessions to them. Subscribe and they reactivate instantly, or remove machines and the next-oldest reactivate automatically. Nothing is uninstalled and no data is lost.
What does "free during beta" mean?
Exactly that: while ioJump is in beta, everything is free. We never even ask for a card. This is the launch pricing, published now so there are no surprises later. When paid plans start you'll get clear notice, beta accounts keep the best deal, and Founding Members lock in 100 endpoints for $19/month for life.
Is there annual pricing?
Yes: pay yearly and get 2 months free. But monthly is the default, and you can cancel anytime. No mandatory annual contracts, ever.
Is there volume pricing for hundreds of endpoints?
Yes, and it's published, not quote-gated. Endpoints 41-100 are 49¢, 101-250 are 39¢, 251-500 are 34¢, 501-1,000 are 29¢, and everything past 1,000 is 25¢. The brackets apply automatically (1,000 endpoints comes to $336.90/month, about 34¢ each). No sales calls, no annual lock-in, no quote theater.
How much does RMM software usually cost?
Published industry guides put commercial RMM pricing at roughly $1.50 to $5 per endpoint per month, or $99 to $250 per technician per month, and most vendors only give exact numbers through a sales quote. ioJump publishes everything: $19/month covers your first 40 endpoints, additional endpoints cost 25¢ to 49¢ per month, and technicians are always free and unlimited.
