Terms of Service

Last updated: July 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ioJump service ("Service"), including the public site at iojump.com and the technician application at go.iojump.com (collectively, "ioJump"), operated by ioJump LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ioJump is a browser-based remote IT operations platform. It includes: (a) video and chat support sessions initiated by a "Technician" (an account holder on go.iojump.com) and joined by an "End User" via a 6-digit support code; (b) unattended remote access to computers on which the account holder has installed the ioJump agent ("Endpoints"); (c) network tools, device discovery, network maps, and device and service monitoring; and (d) a web terminal for SSH and SFTP connections that the account holder configures.

2. Accounts

Technician accounts are created on go.iojump.com. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and your tenant, including activity by team members you invite.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

ioJump offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans. Published pricing is at iojump.com/pricing.php. During the public beta the Service is free; the terms below apply to paid subscriptions when billing is active.

  • Billing. Paid plans are billed as a recurring subscription (monthly by default) through our payment processor, Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.
  • Per-endpoint charges. Paid plans include a stated number of Endpoints; additional Endpoints are billed per Endpoint at the published volume-tier rates. New Endpoints are free for their first 30 days after installation and become billable at the first renewal after that grace period ends.
  • Changes in usage. Endpoint counts are synced to your subscription and take effect at the next billing cycle; removing Endpoints reduces future renewals but does not generate partial-period credits.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel anytime from the Billing page (Manage billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the Service remains available until then and your account reverts to the Free plan afterward.
  • Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial billing periods. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review in good faith.
  • Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal after the notice period.
  • Taxes. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which may be added where required.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ioJump to:

  • Access, control, monitor, or scan any computer, server, or network device without the authorization of its owner or authorized administrator (unattended access and network tools may be used only on systems you own or are engaged to manage);
  • Record, monitor, or share another person's audio, video, or screen without their informed consent;
  • Send harassing, fraudulent, or unlawful communications;
  • Distribute malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system;
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.

We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are being used for unauthorized access or fraud.

5. End User Consent

End Users joining a call via a support code do so voluntarily. They control camera, microphone, and screen-share permissions in their own browser. Either party may end a call at any time. Unattended access is available only on Endpoints where the agent has been deliberately installed by someone authorized to do so.

6. SMS Text Messaging Terms

ioJump offers SMS text messages related to your remote support session, including links to join a video call and account/service notifications. You opt in either (a) verbally, when an ioJump representative arranges a support session with you by phone and you give explicit consent to be texted at that number, or (b) in the ioJump application, by checking the required consent checkbox shown before a video support session starts.

  • Message frequency varies based on your support activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service, except where SMS delivery of a video-call join link is the support session itself.

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information collected through this program, including that no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Service Availability

ioJump is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IOJUMP IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IOJUMP AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time; any active paid subscription runs to the end of its current period per Section 3.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Contact
